Need Ideas? Here are some wedding choices my clients made.

Sandra & Troy got married at 620 Loft & Garden, overlooking 5th Ave and St. Patrick's Cathedral. They met me over Skype while they were living in Tokyo. They got married on the hottest day of 2012
Daniel & Jennifer married each other at Gallow Green, on their roof. They had a fun open train car up there, stocked with books and board games for folks who didn't want to dance. Spiderman showed up to do part of the Best Man speech.
Ronald and Shalakay got married on the High Line, the elevated former commercial rail line that has been converted into a magnificent public park, from Gansevoort St. in the Village up to 30th St. on the West Side of Manhattan.
Mike and Cait got married at the Chinese Scholar Garden in Staten Island
Christine and Mike got married at Rockefeller Center on a cold December night. They had 10 people in their wedding party and we huddled together like penguins.
Christopher and Christine got married in Central Park. We found a pleasant rise of grass near Strawberry Fields, and after their ceremony they went off to enjoy the St. Patrick's Day parade.
Craig and Jessie got married at the New York Public Library. By far, this was the most amazingly staged wedding I'd ever been a part of. Astor Hall was set in stunning lighting. Their 'non-denominational wedding canopy' was four poles created out of spiraled hardcover books, and the canopy part was a mesh of lightbulbs, one of which Craig stomped on at the end of the ceremony. Hoping there are pictures in major magazines of this wedding.
Bill and Elliott, together 33 years before getting married, held their ceremony at the London Hotel, in an Atrium suite with a view of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline. They had 21 guests, intimate friends and family, who stood in a semi-circle and gave so much love, everyone cried.
Ralph and Dave got married in another hotel suite, at the Mandarin Oriental, with spectacular views of Central Park and Columbus Circle. Their five guests all had the best seats in the house.
AnnMarie and Mike got married at Sunset Terrace, at Chelsea Piers, overlooking the Hudson River at sunset, of course. Their DJ played heavy metal music for their entrance, and the two Rangers fans recessed with the Rangers goal song blaring. It was awesome.
Trevor and Evan allowed me to create a 'Walking Tour Wedding' for them, with stops at the New York Public Library, Bryant Park, 5th Avenue and Rockefeller Center. They couldn't decide where to get married, so we split up the ceremony into different locations along the walk.

Dallin and Jer got married at the Bethesda Fountain in Central Park
Ayumi and Matt

This cute couple got married in front of the Guggenheim Museum.

Jerry and Jeremy got married at Wagner Cove in Central Park. They got a permit for their wedding and if you have a group of people in attendance, it's a good idea to get the permit just in case. This also gives you the right to use the space instead of some other wedding group that doesn't have a permit!

Josann and Sam got married over in Jersey City, NJ, at Liberty House. Wide acres of open space with incredible view of NYC and Jersey City, including the famous 'Coke Bottle' building where Chris used to work for Goldman Sachs, not that seeing that building makes me shudder or anything.
