I met Arjana and Ivan, of the Gingersnap Band, on a cruise ship in the Bahamas. My wife and I enjoyed their easy-vibe pop re-imaginings every night. Turns out, they also work a lot of weddings. They are lovely people and their music is versatile. They epitomize the notion of honoring tradition in a personalized way - something at the very essence of my performance core as well.
The Gingersnap Band is a jazzy band based in NYC, comprised of husband and wife Arjana and Ivan Danylets, frequently performing as a duo, trio, or quartet. They are known for their unique takes and creative arrangements of tunes new and old, blending their love of a timeless melody with creative reinterpretation of songs.
